LONI BAUR works with a German manufacturer who makes all the products themselves in their laboratory in Germany under the watchful eye of Loni. Every eyeshadow, every lipstick and every mascara is therefore an original LONI BAUR product. Our German manufacturer has the pens produced in its factory in the Czech Republic.

Our packaging and the pallet itself come from long-standing and trustworthy partners of our German manufacturer from Asia and Europe.

LONI BAUR The Face Edition is manufactured in coordination with a German manufacturer. This was a very conscious decision for us to avoid voting trips/flights etc. and to ensure short transport routes.

We also opted for a paper pallet instead of the usual plastic pallets.

THE FACE EDITION also makes it possible to replace trying out different colors and products. No more bad buys - everything fits together here.

With our refill system, we offer the option of buying individual products when they have been used up. So not the whole range, but only individual tools have to be bought.

The brushes of our THE BRUSH EDITION are made from FSC-certified wood in Germany and are vegan.

1% of annual sales are donated to sustainability projects. We will keep you regularly informed about the projects.

You can surf climate-neutrally in our shop. We have neutralized the page on ClimatePartner and are supporting a climate project in Congo.

If you want to return an item from your order, you must register a return within 14 days of delivery or send your goods back to us in the original packaging. Unfortunately, items received after the specified return period cannot be accepted.

A 100% refund of our return can only be given if the item arrives in its original condition, undamaged and unused.
